I like to do the &quot;news desk&quot; thing from time to time when there&#39;s something interesting happening to the industry on a whole. If it&#39;s news that affects wing eaters then I try to post it. Or at least provide a link to interesting tidbits. You&#39;re right...it is value added. But it also fills the gaps between new review postings!<br /><br />What I find interesting about this story specifically, is the way the cost of wings is changed by the difference in demand between the wings and the rest of the chicken. It&#39;s ECON 101, I suppose, but I never really gave it much thought. It makes sense, though. Looks like they are going to be even more expensive this year than around this time last year.
